MVA are proud to support The Ruth Strauss Foundation, set up by Sir Andrew Strauss after his wife, Ruth, died of a rare non-smoking lung cancer in December 2018. Through the cricket community's #RedForRuth campaigns, the Foundation has raised more than £4.4 million, helping over 5,000 families facing incurable cancer and funding pioneering research into a still hugely misunderstood illness.

Having lost a loved one — fit, healthy and a non-smoker — to a rare lung cancer in February 2016, aged just 29, Jonathan has a personal affinity with the Foundation, and we make an annual donation to support its work.
